  • Telephone communication skills;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Good knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani languages.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting telephone conversations with participants in a credit transaction in order to persuade them to repay existing overdue debts;
  • Advising clients who contacted the Bank on issues of overdue debt;
  • Determining the cause of overdue debt;
  • Recording information received during negotiations in the system;
  • Settlement of customer claims and complaints arising during the work at the SOFT stage.
