Responsibilities

  • Carrying out telephone conversations with participants in a credit transaction in order to convince them to reimburse existing overdue debts;
  • Advising clients who applied to the Bank on overdue debts;
  • Establishing the cause of overdue debts;
  • Recording information obtained during negotiations in the system;
  • Settlement of claims and complaints of clients arising in the course of work at the SOFT stage.
