Purpose:

• Ensuring the proper fulfillment of the company's obligations to third parties arising from the terms of the contract, tenders

Types of guarantees:

• Tender Guarantee
• Performance guarantee
• Advance refund guarantee
• Payment guarantee

Security:

• commercial and residential real estate,
• movable property (inventory, equipment, etc.),
• deposit in the Bank of individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs,
• *without collateral (Applicable to tender guarantees up to AZN 70,000 for a period of 6 months for small business clients).
