VTB (Azerbaijan) has appointed Ilham Gafarov as an independent member of the bank's Supervisory Board. This decision was made at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Ilham Gafarov, born in 1981 in Ganja, holds a master's and bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He has worked as a banking expert and national consultant at AccessBank, the International Bank of Azerbaijan, VTB (Azerbaijan), and other international financial organizations.
