Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) OJSC announces a TENDER for the purchase of Positive Technologies Application Firewall PRO licenses with a capacity of 1000 RPS (requests per second)

The tender documents can be reviewed at the office of Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) OJSC located at 38 Khatai Avenue, Messenat Plaza, AZ 1008.

Tender proposals must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope with the list of documents attached to the envelope and sealed with the counterparty’s stamp (if the counterparty is an individual entrepreneur, signed), and placed in another sealed and opaque envelope (with a sealed and signed list of its contents enclosed), and submitted no later than 16:00 on September 1, 2026, to the Head Office of Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) OJSC located at 38 Khatai Ave., Messenat Plaza, Nasimi district, Baku, AZ 1008.
