The auction will be held at "Külək" Auction Center LLC. Auction increment: 3% of the initial sale price. Documents required for participation in the auction: for individuals – a copy of the identity card (ID); for legal entities – copies of the constituent documents. Bid deposit amount, payment deadline and procedure: the bid deposit shall amount to 5% of the initial sale price and must be paid no later than 5 days prior to the auction date, either in cash or by bank transfer, to the bank account of "Külək" Auction Center LLC.
