Requirements

  • Higher legal education;
  • Experience in the field of Compliance;
  • Deep knowledge of international and national laws and regulations
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and documents;
  • Fluency in Russian;

Will be an advantage

  • Experience in building a compliance system in an organization;
  • Experience in corporate law, corporate governance;
  • Experience in risk management;
  • Experience in automating processes and controls in an organization;
  • Experience in reporting, analytical work, working with documents (creation, comparison of documents, amendments to local regulations).

Responsibilities

  • Verification of compliance with internal procedures, internal control and ongoing monitoring procedures in accordance with the Bank's requirements;
  • Consulting employees and methodological support for departments on Compliance issues (including training);
  • Preparation and submission of internal control reports;
  • Updating, amending, approving and implementing internal regulatory documents for Compliance purposes (Regulations, Instructions, Methodologies, etc.);
  • Conducting risk assessment and implementing measures to eliminate/reduce regulatory risks in the company;
  • Analysis of design documentation when launching new products for completeness of compliance with Legislation requirements.
