VTB (Azerbaijan) acted as an official partner of the Formula Drift Azerbaijan race. The two-day championship was held at the Test and Training Center. It was attended by 12 experienced pilots of the country.
The competition was judged by famous and certified drift judges such as Irakli Shalikashvili, Nodari Kodua and Giga Kalandia. As a result, Niyaz Bediyev took first place, Elvin Khudaverdiev took second place and Rakhman Shikhaliyev took third place.
Formula Drift Azerbaijan will be held four times during the year, after which the country's drift champion will be determined in Azerbaijan.
