VTB (Azerbaijan) opened a new department in Baku. Branch "28 May" on Shamsi Badalbayli Street, 96 has a modern space for personal and comfortable customer service - the public and business.
Deposits and credits, payments, currency exchange, money transfers are available to private clients in the new office. An ATM and a payment terminal for remote operations are installed in the 24-hour zone of the office.
The branch will provide full service to corporate clients. Companies and enterprises will be able to open an account here in the necessary currency, make a deposit, receive credit financing, and apply for credit. Also, in the department, you can configure access to the Internet bank for business.
"The demand for service in bank branches, despite the active development of remote services, remains high. For the convenience of clients, the new branch is presented in an updated design and equipped with modern banking technologies. The new comfortable branch is located in the city center, near the Central Bank and Heydar Aliyev Palace, as well as the metro station "28 May". It has a 24/7 self-service zone with an ATM and a payment terminal, which will allow customers to carry out cash withdrawals and top-up accounts and cards, repay loans and pay for utilities and other services 24/7", commented the chairman of the board of VTB (Azerbaijan) Igor Okayev.
VTB (Azerbaijan) serves its clients in 5 branches, which work from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. The "28 May" branch was opened instead of the "Elmlar" branch, which served clients in the Yasamal district of Baku. Also, at the end of last year, a customer service center was opened in Khirdalan, where they can receive expert advice on the products and services of the bank, leave a request for their processing, and also connect online services. In 2024, it is planned to open a regional branch in the second largest city - Ganja.
