The application must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope with a list of enclosed documents attached to the outside of the envelope, certified with the seal of the counterparty (or signature if the counterparty is an individual entrepreneur). The sealed and stamped double envelope must be delivered no later than 12:00 on December 11, 2025, to the Bank’s Head Office at the following address:
