VTB (Azerbaijan) will hold an ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On April 29, 2022, the next General Meeting of Shareholders of VTB OJSC (Azerbaijan) will be held. The event will take place at 12:00 at the head office of the bank, located at Baku, Khatai Avenue, 38.

The agenda of the meeting includes the following items:

• Election of the secretary of the next General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank
• Consideration of the financial statements of OJSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) for 2021.
• Consideration of proposals on the distribution of profits of OJSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) for 2021 and the payment of dividends
