The tender documents can be reviewed at the office of Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) OJSC located at 38 Khatai Avenue, Messenat Plaza, AZ 1008. Tender proposals must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope with the list of documents attached and sealed with the counterparty’s stamp (if the counterparty is an individual entrepreneur, signed), and no later than 16:00 on September 1, 2026, in a sealed and opaque envelope (with a sealed and signed list of its contents enclosed) to the Head Office of Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) OJSC located at 38 Khatai Ave., Messenat Plaza, Nasimi district, Baku, AZ 1008.
